1. PRODUCT & TECHNICAL
Are the engines genuine?
Yes. Outboard Motor is 100% genuine, verified by serial number, and undergoes a comprehensive 12-point technical diagnostic and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) before crating.
What is included in the technical inspection?
Our PDI includes physical housing checks, fuel system integrity, electronic diagnostic scans, and verified crating for international maritime transport.
Do products come with a warranty?
All products come with original manufacturer warranties. For international claims, please contact our technical support for guidance on serial number verification.
2. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
How long is the processing time?
Every order requires 1-3 business days for technical verification and international crating at our hub in Surabaya before dispatch.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to major global ports and door-to-door destinations via DHL, FedEx, and LCL Sea Freight. Exact transit times depend on your local customs clearance speed.
Who is responsible for import duties?
All shipments are delivered on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. The buyer is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
3. PAYMENTS & BILLING
Are there any hidden payment fees?
No. We enforce a Zero-Fee Policy. The price you see at checkout is the final price. No surcharges are applied for credit card or PayPal transactions.
What currency do you accept?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) to maintain pricing stability for our global clientele.
4. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I return a motor if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days. However, a 10% restocking fee applies, and the item must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging.
Can I return a motor after I add oil or fuel?
No. Under international safety laws, once a motor is filled with fluids, it is classified as Hazardous Material and cannot be legally returned via standard shipping.
What if my order is damaged during transit?
Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. However, all our shipments are professionally crated. Please inspect the crate upon arrival and document any damage immediately for insurance claims.
