1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

To ensure timely delivery, we adhere to the following schedule:

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (WIB / GMT+7). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Business Days: Monday to Friday (Excluding Indonesian National Holidays).
Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days.

3. Transparent Flat-Rate Shipping

We provide guaranteed fixed shipping rates for each product, visible at the final checkout stage. Tracking numbers are issued via email as soon as the order leaves our technical hub.

4. International Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are delivered on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees required by their country's regulations.
