2. Hazardous Material Compliance
International Safety Regulation: Due to international aviation and maritime transport laws, machinery that has been filled with fuel, oil, or hazardous fluids is strictly ineligible for return. Please inspect the machinery thoroughly before adding any fluids.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be in New, Uninstalled, and Resaleable condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, and all accessories must be included.
- Electrical components with opened seals or signs of installation are non-returnable.
4. Refund Processing
Once the return is received and passes technical inspection at our Surabaya hub, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
