Global Industrial Sales & Operational Agreement

By placing an order with TOP Engine Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All transactions are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

1. Order Acceptance & Payments

We process payments exclusively through secure, verified channels (PayPal and Credit Cards). Your order will only be dispatched once the full payment has been cleared by our financial institution.

2. Logistics & Operational Standards

• Shipping & Risk: Delivery is made on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the product is handed over to the international carrier.
• Customs & Compliance: Buyers are responsible for ensuring equipment complies with local import laws. Any delays or seizures by customs are the buyer's responsibility.
• Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours. Once the 12-point diagnostic process starts, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or global logistics strikes.

3. Liability & Industrial Warranty

All machinery is sold as described. We guarantee every unit undergoes rigorous testing before shipment. TOP Engine Store is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the equipment. Professional installation is mandatory.

4. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surabaya, East Java.
