Our 24/7 Rescue Team service is designed for immediate assistance. We offer the following services:
Included in Rescue Services:
  • Emergency Troubleshooting: Step-by-step guidance over the phone to resolve urgent technical issues with your marine engine or equipment.
  • Immediate Warranty Claim: Initiate the warranty claim process for product defects immediately.
  • Basic Technical Assistance: Answering questions about the operation or setup of our products (Outboard Motors, Fish Finders, etc.).
  • On-Site After-Sales Support: Arrange on-site technician support if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone (visit and part replacement fees apply if not under warranty).
What is not included:
  • Product Ordering: Questions about new orders or general sales should be directed to the standard customer service line during regular business hours.
  • Refund/Return Procedure: The return and refund process follows our standard return policy and is handled via customer service email during business hours (Monday-Friday).
  • Physical Rescue Services: We provide technical and logistical assistance, not ship towing or lifesaving services at sea.
